We're looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist (all genders) to support our global Sales and Business Development team. You'll help execute marketing strategies, streamline processes, and manage key administrative tasks to boost efficiency and digital brand visibility.

Your key responsibilities
Marketing Support:
- Manage and update the company’s website and digital marketing tools.
- Support social media activities, primarily on LinkedIn, to enhance brand presence.
- Lead the execution of newsletters, marketing campaigns, and promotional content.
- Help coordinate marketing strategies, webinars, and communication efforts.
- CRM tool management, there by maintaining sales history and tracking
Administrative Support:
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal process standardization.
- Assist with ERP-related tasks (SAGE) to support sales and business operations.
- Help coordinate purchasing and supplier management activities.
- Support the pricing management of hardware products and software’s.
- Assist in sales reporting, data entry, and documentation to improve workflow efficiency.
Sales & Customer Support:
- Manage license administration and coordinate customer inquiries.
- Support software maintenance management processes.
- Assist in customer relationship management by tracking feedback and escalations.
- Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
What we are looking for
Education & Experience: Degree in business administration, with a focus on B2B marketing, sales and communications or comparable qualification, preferably relevant professional experience in the B2B marketing field.
Expertise: Confident handling of CMS, ERP, SEO tools, social media analysis tools.
Skills: Independent, structured working style, along with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Communication & Approach: good English and German communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset and enjoyment of international, intercultural collaboration.
